I have been training and building a strong trust with Myeeah over the past four years. Last Summer, I was the healthiest I have been since I was a teenager. Over the Winter, I experienced a medical set back. I gained all the weight I had fought to take off and lost almost all my confidence. When my body was well enough to start training again, Myeeah was right there to take that wobbly first step with me. She is my rock. In just a few workouts, my confidence is starting to wake up. She designs and tailors each and every workout just for me. She adjusts routines and weights mid-workout just by watching each set and getting to know my strengths. It is her enthusiasm that gets me excited and it is her heart that calls her my friend.
