My passion for health and fitness started at age 4. I became a professional dancer by age 15. I worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist and Sports Coach in many age groups, special populations, including teens. The customized sessions I offer are infused with many disciplines that I've mastered over a 30 year career in Dance/Fitness to include Barre, Jazz, Pilates, Yoga, TaiChi, Kickboxing, Latin Dance, Strength Training, HIIT, Fitness/Medicine Ball and so much more.
