    Pierre is very professional and serious about his work. I was only concerned about weight loss and body aesthetics. He was more concerned about overall wellness to help prevent up and down weight losses and gains. Overall I lost weight and became very strong and felt better. I’m also diabetic. Bachelor's degree in Health Education 1999, Master's degree in Health Science 2016, NESTA Certified Personal Trainer 2003, NESTA Certified Wellness Coach 2017. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Standard rate for traveling to my place in Solon is $35 for a 1 hour session. Traveling to clients is based upon how far I would have to travel. 

How did you get started teaching?

More than a decade ago I was 70lbs heavier than I needed to be and struggling with my eating behaviors. I lost the weight and bested diabetes with discipline and a "healthy fear." I believe that my triumph is not specific to me and that I can help anyone do similar for themselves. 

What types of students have you worked with?

Clients with COPD, severe asthma, chronic pain, back pain, balance issues, diabetes, and those wanting to lose weight, tone, or gain muscle mass.
