About
My belief is that change happens outside of your comfort zone. I am not the smile and nod coach, but rather a person who is not afraid to challenge you to dive deeper. My goal is to help you make lasting changes and stop living in the lies that are holding you back, you know, all those beliefs that are not true about you and you've built coping strategies around. I am a hard worker at my core and I expect the very same from my clients. For the work to be successful I expect my clients to show up and be willing to work, this will also include “working" outside of sessions.
I specialize in working with persons with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, grief/loss, emotion regulation, anger, and trauma, as well as navigating through life transitions.
I use an integrative approach to life coaching, because let’s face it, no two people are alike. I believe the process is as much of an art as it is a science. I am trauma focused and have experience utilizing resilience focused therapy to help create the inner strength and safety that you will need to work through the hard stuff.
As we work together, I will utilize a mixture of approaches. My fees range from $50 to $100 per session and I work to find a fee that allows you to work through concerns and is also affordable. I'd love to talk more with you in hopes that we could work together.
Our first meeting will be an opportunity for us to sit down and go through an assessment of your situation to make sure that we are the right fit. If we decide that it is a good fit for both of us, we will create specific goals to focus on a plan. After that, we will meet on a weekly/bimonthly basis to gain the momentum needed to dive in and address your concerns.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Please email or text me to schedule a session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is in Psychotherapy and crisis intervention. I've worked with many who are experiencing crisis, but I believe many of the situations could be avoided if individuals worked to strengthen their sense of self, coping strategies and understand the life experience.
