Hi there my name is Derek. I have been a personal trainer in Columbus for 15 years now. I have had some of the same clients for 5 to 12 years.Until recently I have been booked. I now have a couple of openings in the evening hours. If you are interested in working hard and having fun doing it, then contact me and we can go over the programs I have to offer.
