About
What makes my professional service stand out is that I care about my clients and I care about the preparation in the instruction that I provide for my clients. Yes, my clients are successful over the past 30 years of training and coaching, but my biggest accomplishment within my youth clients is that 100% achieved their goal of playing their respective sport and the college level. In addition, I also provide College Recruiting Consultation as well to help families make their decision on their selection process to attend college after graduating from high school.
I enjoy working with youth clients by far the most. The reason is that I feel that other coaches / trainers lack the communication and compassion to work with student-athletes and include cerebral training as much as physical training. Which as student-athletes, they MUST remember they are students first, thus meaning the training should be teaching. Regardless of your religion...There is a parable in the Bible that states that "If you give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day.... BUT....if you teach him the fish, he will eat for a lifetime." That is the importance to me as a coach that I provide in my training. I am not naive to think a client will be with me forerver, but while you're with me, I promise to always be teaching and helping them develop as a person, as much as a student-athlete acheiving their goals in personal sports training.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
***SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY ***
After initial contact from the parent of a student-athlete or from the student-athlete... I will respond with a quote and then we can setup a meeting with the parents and student-athlete for a sit-down conversation on expectations and a gameplan for sports training. This is for personal private one-on-one training. My training cost include guaranteed facility time, skill training, tour / consultation, sports nutrition guidance, and measurable indicators for speed-agility-quickness training. Training times are limited and are filling up fast daily. If interested in beginning the process, please let me know and inquire with your phone number and email address. Inquiries without contact information may not be responded to, due to booking serious inquiries only. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former High School All-American in Football and Basketball. Graduated from Penn State Univeristy playing football and basketball. Played on 4 NFL teams in 3 years from 1995-1998 including Barcelona Dragons in NFL Europe. Former high school Assistant Head Football Coach and NCAA Collegiate WR Coach and Director of Football Operations and Director of Recruiting. I used to own an 85,000 sports performance training facility in Philadelphia, PA for 10 years simultaneously working as the Speed Coach of the Philadelphia Eagles during the Andy Reid era as our Head Football Coach. Since I sold in 2011, I travel nationwide coaching and training in Speed-Agility-Quickness as well as skill position training. Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I do have standard pricing for my lessons that are from $200 - $500 per session. This is not for recreational attendees. Only those that are serious about getting better and improving their overall skill performance in football or basketball at any position.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started in teaching as a former athlete. And teaching at a Christian High School outside of Chicago, Illinois and coaching the football and basketball team. Then starting my own facility training over 2,000 student-athletes to which over 90% received athletic & academic scholarships for those that wanted to continue playing their respective sport in college and eventually professionally.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with student-athletes from ages 7YO - 18YO and college student-athletes and professional athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of watching my student-athletes achieve their goals and play at a high level and graduate from high school and graduate from college.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be 100% sure that you are ready to participate with high intensity at a high level. No matter what teacher/coach you chose, parents are making an investment into the betterment of your future as a student-athlete. That is the best advise to offer to those inquiring about serious coaching / skill training.
Parents... please keep in mind that your payments are tax deductible as child care expenditures within the limits of the law. Please contact your accountant or tax lawyer for more details.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
You should think through if you are serious about playing at a high level and you are goal oriented.
