About
We are unique in that we work on every facet of training. We work on lifting if that is what you require, but specialize in running, sprinting, flexibility, explosion, form work, hip work, proper warming up/cooling down and mental preparation. We have coaches from all walks of life (retired professional athletes, college athletes current and past (visit/help)). We are complete training mind and body. I have been coaching for over 30 years and have coach from 5 year olds to college and professional athletes. I often have other coaches stop by to help out and give the athletes and parents their perspective. I am honest and truthful in what I see in my athletes. I am a Level 2 USATF Certified Coach, however, I have trained many football, soccer, basketball and baseball players.
I love getting to know the athletes. Knowing that we are providing training that no one else is. We enjoy knowing that our athletes and parents are a little more knowledgeable when they leave us. Finally, I love knowing that I have prepared my athletes for their current level and whatever their next level will be.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to talk to both the athlete and parent if applicable to see what they are looking yo accomplish and if both parties are on the same page. I sometimes like to see how they warm up, but more times than not I will teach them how to warm up/ cool down properly. Once I know what they want I will watch their drills, sprint mechanics and other mechanics related to their sports and determine what they need to be successful. This process will evolve over time by what I see and hoe they improve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
USATF Level 2 Certified Coach, 30 years of Clinics and training. Played football and ran track in high school. Current high school track and cross country coach.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching in Germany because I was told there was a need for my services. When I returned to the U.S. I was contacted by parents and coaches because they felt I was/am uniquely qualified to help their programs/children.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have coached elementary, middle school, high school, college and professional athletes in a number of sports.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your teacher is knowledgeable in your area or sport. Every sport has form and running in it. Make sure it is taught and that they also pay attention to your warming up and cooling down.
