I have taken years of hands on experience working with high school, college and professional athletes, combined with a Masters degree in Sports Science to hone my craft and educate my clientele to be the best they can be physically and mentally.
Sports has always been my passion. Through passion and drive I am currently a college baseball coach, however, I train boxing, bowling, football and strength and conditioning to my clients.

Great first impression! Rick picked up on the flaws in my son’s hitting technique within a few minutes. A couple minor adjustments and hour later and my son was hitting considerably better. We will certainly be taking additional lessons from Rick.
