What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will make introductions to the gym family, and then get right to it. I like starting with a conversation about training goals, history, and likes/dislikes, observations of movement patterns and flexibility, and an introductory fitness test.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM Certified in Personal Training.
NASM Certified in Nutrition.
Worked with US Olympic running, swimming, and S&C coaches during time in the Air Force.
