What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give something looking to hire a teacher in this area of expertise would be to fully develop and understand what it is you really want to get out of yourself. I don't think people work enough on themselves before the involve someone like a coach. SO then you meet your coach and they almost drown you in information maybe you aren't ready to hear yet. I've always stuck to being very truthful when it comes to how I connect with my clients. Upfront and clear is always the best policy in my opinion. So understand yourself first so you can develop where YOU want this thing to go. Hold yourself accountable as well as your coach.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The only thing I would suggest about thinking through anything is to just be really clear and focused on your thoughts. Truthful interactions can be a lot for some people...especially with sensitive subjects like weight and how you feel/look...whatever the situation may be, think through how you're going to feel versus being caught up in what you think you are at the moment. Be happy to connect and let me do my work!!!
