    Frequently asked questions

Everybody has a unique learning experience. As a trainer I’m well aware of how easy it can be for students to feel left behind. Students have no typical level of strength, flexibility, or learning pace associated with pole dancing. This is why it’s so important to train at your own level of progression, without comparing yourself to others. Personal pole coaching allows you to customize lessons so they are set to accommodate your needs. Personal weaknesses are spotted and targeted immediately with tailored training. This means safe and progressive training made with you in mind

I have been pole dancing for over two years now! Prior to this, I was involved in the bodybuilding community. I started to combine what I knew about that world into my pole practice. By doing this it had helped me produce smarter training plans that allowed my students to progress much quicker than typical pole studio classes. I’m in love with pole dancing almost as much as I am with teaching it. I hope as an instructor I'm able to share my knowledge and allow others to feel the same way I do about pole.

We charge by the lesson which is 60 minutes at a time.  This is the ideal length of time to fit all the necessary components that need to be worked on in a productive pole workout. Each lesson is $60.

I've worked with a lot of people who say they have no upper body strength, people who say they've been wanting to get into pole dancing forever but never have, people who say they injured themselves years ago, and are dying to get back to a physical shape they were once in. There are so many different reasons for practicing pole, and for every one of my students, their biggest regret is not trying it sooner.

As a student, it can be hard to tell if you're headed in the right direction, and injuries can happen in an instant on the pole. A quality coach knows when you need to step back and work more on muscle coordination for example before you do this big new move you're dying to do. They are able to look at your goals and dissect the perfect plan to get you there effectively and safely.

What are some goals you have in mind? Would you like to gain strength, confidence, mobility, lose weight, or just learn an awesome new skill?

What's your availability, or how often will you be able to train?

Do you have any concerns, like a bad back, or shoulders with limited mobility your instructor should know about? We can tailor a program to help prevent further injury, and strengthening those areas.
