Giving someone the insight and motivations to change their lives and the lives of those around them is an amazing gift. I can coach all day and never get tired. In fact, I am energized by it. Every single time I see a performance breakthrough, trauma lifted, negative patterns broken, and self-sabotage eliminated, I get a high that is indescribable.
