Forest has a targeted approach that emphasizes technical skills on the guitar while still keeping a focus on learning music and having fun. His lessons feel targeted to what I want to learn and he strikes a great balance between leading me (when I don't know where to go) and following my lead (when I do have a clear goal). Forest's demeanor during lessons is both professional and personal, and the sessions reflect it. If you're willing to put in the work, this instructor will absolutely accelerate your progress.
