Schnebeck Guitar
About
I've been with the guitar for the last decade of my life. It has been the center of it all, and has been and continues to be my ultimate passion. I've had great guitar teachers in the past that have enabled me to do what I do, and it is my goal to simply return the favor to others. I've had three years worth of weekly private lessons.
My lessons will not be authoritative, I am as much a student of music as anyone who has ever played an instrument. I will simply be able to provide you the tools, concepts, and perspectives on music that will help unleash your own creativity. I deal with any and all styles of music and skill levels on the guitar. I want these lessons to be about music, and about YOU! I look forward to hearing from you! :) Keep practicing!
Music, and especially the guitar, serves as a vehicle of self-transformation. Not everyone goes on a cross-country trek, but nonetheless music WILL transport you somewhere. It is that trip that keeps us coming back for more.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know their personal goals for their music playing will allow me to tailor my lessons directly to the concepts/ideas/sounds that will propel their playing to new heights.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a philosophy degree from UCLA that I think relates to music as a phenomenon, simply because music shines a light on the mysteriousness of existence and allows us to have profund experiences.
Aside from that, I was taking private lessons for 3 years with a great private guitar instructor that enabled me to grow an explore things I wanted at my own pace.
