Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depending on what they want to learn. I love starting with the value of sketching. Than moving on to painting with acrylics. This is where I enjoy teaching an ancient technique passed down and modernized for this day and age. I enjoy a three hour session. I use a lot of patience and answer questions to the best of my abilities with also giving extra information if possible. Im gentle with beginners and love a to take an approach of creating a safe container for learning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned under various master artists for a total of 60hrs. I plan to continue working with more masters over time. I apply what I learn to all my own paintings and teachings. I have taught paint parties for a national company known as Paint Night. Rooms of up to 40 people all learning the same basic painting. I have attended many art classses throughout my high school and college years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$80 three hours: acrylic painting class
$100 for three hours: acrylic for intermediate level
$70 three hours: spray painting class
$70 for three hours: headdress making basics

What types of students have you worked with?
Everywhere from all ages, the youngest being 7 years old. Big groups with short classes only two hours long. The students that contact me directly are usually eager to learn and have seen my work. When I work in big groups it is hosting art parties but I can usually give some one one one instruction if they are struggling.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I got to witness a former student selling their artwork for a high price. They evolved greatly in only one years time.
