We provide amazing one on one instruction and small classes. Designed to suit the students needs. All teachers have had classical Pilates training and are certified with Gyrotonic.

We provide challenging classes for all ages. We also pay close attention to the biomechanics of the body and give coaching on how to correct misalignment.
