Studio Adrienne has been serving the Portland community for 20years. The studio was the first classical Pilates studio in Portland and Adrienne Silveira has been teaching for over 20 years. She received her Pilates Certification from Romana Krysanowska renowned Pilates master. Studio Adrienne offers Private and Semi Private sessions.
I enjoy helping my clients live better lives. I enjoy teaching body awareness and seeing my clients become stronger, more agile and more balanced .
