What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Teaching students about their imbalances and helping them become stable and strong. Also most people are so dehydrated in their connective tissue system and MELT helps hydrate and help the body heal and prevent injuries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA in Dance. 20 years of Pilates. CE two times a year or more. Advanced MELT Method instructor.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are injured study with someone with experience. Training is so important. A lot of people get trained in a weekend. Beware!
