All of the services that I offer are based from love and focus on energy. I am a certified yoga instructor and life coach. I offer services simultaneously and independently of one another. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical "new client process" is to have a free 30 minute session. In that session we will do a simple introduction. We will also discuss the benefits that you are searching for and how, as a team, we can make that happen!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am also certified through International Coaches Federation and iPEC for Life Coaching.
I am also certified through Yoga Alliance and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years.

I offer several packages so that my clients have options. I also customize packages for specific individual needs.
