We love helping people to feel at home in their bodies! When you practice Pilates regularly the benefits go beyond losing weight and getting toned! Perhaps one of the greatest gifts of Pilates is gaining body awareness and feeling good in your body! We offer a variety of classes because we all need different kinds of exercise.

    It’s pretty easy to say Nisa is wonderful, but I’ll explain why. She’s a great teacher, she checks in with her students and provides appropriate, kind, and immediate feedback. This has really helped me as I frequently have the mentality, “I’m not doing this right.” She takes her job and her business seriously, and she always has a great sense of humor. This keeps the classes challenging and really fun.
    N.Body is a very clean and nonjudgmental space, which is something I deem very valuable. Workouts are catered to your ability and she keeps it fresh and fun. There are a variety of classes and they make me feel good. I wrote a longer review on google if you need more convincing.

    Nisa taught me sooo many fundamentals. She literally taught me to breath from my diaphragm which is so much harder than it sounds. She thought me about my posture and how my body should be aligned. Again harder than it sounds. Whether I’m doing Pilates, yoga or just being aware of my body I am grateful for the private sessions and classes that Nisa offers.

    Frequently asked questions

    If you are new to our studio we recommend starting with our introductory offer!  This is the best way to learn the principles of Pilates and to help you to learn proper form for all classes.  From there your teacher can guide you by suggesting the right classes for you to ensure that you reach your goals.

    We are certified Pilates teachers (which is very different than someone who gets a certification over a weekend to teach classes at a gym) that studied at a Pilates school.  Nisa Windsong has 21 years of teaching experience and is gifted at seeing postural imbalances and teaches with optimism and care.  

    We have an introductory offer that includes one private Pilates session and 8 group classes to use in four weeks.  This is a great way to start and to feel the results of being consistent and accountable.  We offer private and group classes, with several payment options to fit your lifestyle and to be consistent in reaching your goals.

    I was a dance major at California Institute Of The Arts and was required to take Pilates.  I fell in love with the method and discovered that I had a gift of seeing people's postures in movement/exercise.  

    I've worked with people who are brand new to exercise, athletes, people recovering from injuries (back, knee, ankle, shoulder, you name it), women who are pregrant and post-partum, people with autoimmune disease and neurological issues and people who have just taken a long pause from exercise and want to become more fit.
