We all start on whichever painting we all decide to do. I paint it in front of class and go around to make sure they are easily following along. I instruct basic acrylic techniques as well as some i hav developed over the years. We paint step by step together. If someone is having difficulty I will stop and help. when paintings are finished all have learned new techniques. All finished paintings while beautiful, are all different because each individual is unique.

I have painted with a Master artist when I first started out. I have also learned techniques that work for me over the years. You could say I am self taught. I say I have perservered and learned by doing what works and what does not work I then gleen the easiest way to create each piece. 

All lessons I currently teach are through the Sherwood Center for the Arts 503 625 4ART. They come out to around 15. an hour. 

I create art. I have sold hundreds of paintings. I have learned from mistakes that can happen when you create. I have mastered how to succesfully create paintings, fix errors and move forward.  I bring all the techniques as well as secrets I have learned along the way. I teach basic rules to painting. I show step by step how I paint each painting. It is easy to follow along.

I have worked with all types of students. I typically do not start painting with students until they are able to follow directions. I teach ages 6 and up to paint using acrylics. The easiest ones to teach painting are the ones with a desire to learn to succeed creating art.

Hire an art teacher that is an active artist, creating and actually selling thier work. One who creates art you like, and would like to know how to make. To help you succeed at creating, your instructor should be succeeding at creating art themselves.
