    After graduating from Physical therapy from an ACL injury, I wanted to continue development for my knee, but also my entire body. Not only was Chris responsive to my post-op recovery needs, he was (and still is) very diligent in curating holistic workouts that account for all of my short and long term goals. He is very researched and knowledgeable and communicative. There is a symbiotic and supportive relationship—he is inquisitive about diet, sleep, mood, etc. (all of the things that would potentially effect the physical). I am very happy with my experience with Chris and very much looking forward to continuing my workouts with him :)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Once we connect, I will send a webform for you to fill out. It assesses your goals (where you want to go) and where you are currently in relationship to your goals (the starting point) and then we can discuss how best to achieve your Fitness, Health & Wellness goals (our Journey).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Qualifications Doctorate in Education (EdD), Northeastern University: I love to learn and to teach, and my doctoral work gave me my research chops as well as best practices for continued learning and sharing that knowledge. Certified Primal Health Coach (CPHC), Primal Health Coach Institute: I love and try to live how we evolved as a species and how our genes expect us to live. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), ISSA: I can set up and implement a strength and conditioning program for anyone who wants to feel better, move better, and look better. Certified Nutritionist, ISSA & Precision Nutrition: Most Health Professionals and researchers estimate that between 80%-95% of your body composition and health is achieved through the foods we choose to eat. Diets that involve any type of deprivation are doomed to failure. We can find great food that gives you the energy you need to achieve your Health & Wellness goals. Specialist in Senior Fitness (SSF), ISSA: This certification allowed me to gain knowledge and learn best practices for training those over the age of 60. We can slow down, hold off, or even reverse many symptoms of “normal” aging. Chris offers one on one wellness coaching to help any friends who need a guide to help them navigate through all of the conflicting noise surrounding how to regain or maintain health and vitality.

The most popular in-person Fitness training is $400/month.  This includes 8 sessions (that never expire) as well as Health & Wellness guidance via email and text thorughout the week to help you reach your Fitness, Health & Wellness goals.

How did you get started teaching?

Fitness, Health & Wellness have been lifelong interests of mine. But after my daughter was born I began to take a very serious interest in my Fitness, Health & Wellness so I can be healthy and vibrant for her as she grows up. She was my trigger and we all have them. Soon after, many friends, family, colleagues and others began asking me adivce, and then many ask me to train them or provide Health Coaching.

What types of students have you worked with?

I want to work with those who want to pick a fight with Father Time so he stays away for as long as possible. As we age, we do not have to gain weight, lose mobility and flexibility and contract chronic disease. We can age gracefully and keep our independence.

It can be very confusing and frustrating to regain our Health & Wellness, I love being the guide to help you with your unique situaiton to help you reach your goals.

I have worked with clients as young as 15 and as old as 77.
