What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Step 1 Intake assessment to identify stressors and pressing concerns.

Step 2. Customize a steps that enhance self

Step 4. Typical sessions are up to 60 minutes


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certification in Stress Management & Mental Health First Aid, training in Mindfulness/Cognitive Behavioral Theraphy Practices such (15) deep breathing rhythms, guided meditation and various tension relief techniques, you will adore.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

To customized a plan, we do an Intake Assessment in the 1st session. One time fee $197.00 for Assessment

12 LIVE Monthly sessions is $65.00 which include Mindful Breathing & Meditation online weekly plan plus emails.

*****Private session are $250*****

After first session is completed each new student is given (1) complimentary download to 14 Day Breathing Challenge Benefits. 


How did you get started teaching?
As CEO of THE BREATHING EXPERIENCE, we offers an award-winning self-therapeutic approach to using proven mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques, that teaches professional women, youth and employees, quick ways to win in reducing symptoms of stress and traumatic experiences, through advanced breath-work and tension relief formulas! 

Certified in Stress Management, Mental Health First Aid, and as a Life Strategist, “The Breathing Experience,” was birthed through my personal struggles with depression, anxiety and high blood pressure in 2012. After deciding enough was enough, she's been off hypertension medications over 5 years.. Eliza believes every one needs daily doses of Vitamin O, and a emotional wellness plan! 


What types of students have you worked with?

Professional women, men and troubled youth suffering with anxiety, work stressors, emotional trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

4-Week Mind Wealth Course with a small group of therapist who wanted more tools to help process through their various types of anxiety and work related stressors.  Each woman took away a customized action plan, and a few recorded a video of thier results on, The Breathing Experience Youtube channel. 


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Choose a teacher than you connect with and ask all the questions needed to be sure, it's a great connection and you can be fully committed and receive amazing results.
