My name is Brandan Cain. Growing up as a competitive athlete, sports have been an immense part of my life from the start. My dedication to football through my childhood led me to the ultimate goal of winning the championship my senior year. Reflecting on my experience, I found my passion in fitness, helping others reach their ultimate goal. Knowing the struggles to gain muscle or lose weight, my priority is to help you overcome your personal hurdles and reach your goals. I take your fitness seriously. All throughout high school I was very skinny and I struggled to gain muscle mass and always hated my size. As I gained more knowledge with fitness and nutrition, I began to see an increase in my size and muscle mass. I trusted the process and eventually gained 30 pounds of lean muscle in 6 months! Anything can happen if you set your mind to it and ultimately work hard! I am passionate and determined to help you maintain a healthier lifestyle and build on your overall health level.
