First I conduct a fitness assessment to figure out what option works best for the client. Then I put together a introductory workout for the client. After that we agree upon a package and then I put an individualized program together.
If it is an online client initially we skype or talk on the phone. Then I put a program together and send it to them through the app that I use. The client checks in with me several times a month and I adjust the program accordingly.
