As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and kinesiologist I beleive that body transformation, health and welless trascends the gym. That is why I offer support in so many different fascets and how the online Steel Body Fitness Academy came to be.

I seek to maximize the potential of hard working executives so that they can optimize their busy schedules, their mindset, their health and their bodies in a way that generates a feeling of connection and meaning in their lives, so that they are successful not just in their fitness but in their careers and in their relationships as well.

I tell all my clients that I am the “last person you will ever pay” for fitness advice again, because it's true. The goal here is to make you a forever plan, because after all, if you are fit for a month or a year, who cares? It's about LIFE. And about being able to soak up life while being fit.


As such, I am NOT the cheapest, but I will solve your problem for good.

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Your Steel Body Transformation will start typically with a Free "Break Through Call," where you will gain clarity on your goals and where I will learn what you have tried before. I will use this information to devise a strategy for how we can work together and solve your issue for good.

If you are a good fit and I beleive I can deliver on what you want then we will set up a Fitness Strategy Call. Our second call will be significantly longer than our first and we will work together to form a specific action plan and flush out any limiting beliefs before we decided to work together... Then (and only then) will we decide on a specific plan and determine the level of support it is you need.

Once you are enrolled in the Academy, we simply set up our oritentaion and execute the gameplan together as a team.

-Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise.

-Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition)

-Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. 

-Minor in Pyschology.
