About
Inducing the mind with breaths of nothingness to invite stillness and conscious movement, the classes provide the tools to dive deeper into the body in order to connect to the truest self.
The teaching began at the late summer of 2017 after five years of daily asana practices, meditation and healing from pcos. Dana Nahhas chose the holistic route to understand the rhythm of her body. Success was found on the mat and the passion and the connection to her body became much stronger that she devoted all her time and her career to research, travels, writing about the power of the body through movement.
Certified vinyasa, the classes that Dana provides are dynamic, intuitive, challenging and meditative including breathwork and nidra.
Teaching classes inspire the growth of Dana as an individual and her ability to bond with people and grow the community stronger.
