Iris is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a health coach, Iris helps people gain insight into their behavioral, dietary, and overall health patterns. Clients come to Iris for health and wellness interests such as, weight management, food cravings, low energy levels, stress management, and digestive issues. Iris creates and designs individualized programs for clients that are based upon the client’s goals. Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations are made but clients learn to heal themselves by themselves. Iris provides services including personal/small group yoga, in home cooking lessons/meals, nutritional recommendations/plans, fitness support plans/guidance, guided meditation/yoga instruction, as well as coaching sessions that include an array of self-care practices and deep conversations. Iris is a certified yoga teacher. She studied yoga at the Expanding Light Ashram in northern California. The Hatha-style yoga she teaches includes a blend of affirmations, breaths, and meditations. Clients feel centered, relaxed, balanced, and energized after her yoga sessions. Iris has taught yoga since 2003. She has taught at the Center for the Arts, in public schools, privately, and she has also taught a few classes at Mookshi Wellness Center. In addition to being a health coach and yoga teacher, Iris is a Special Education teacher.

I offer a free consultation and go from there. During the consultation we look at goals and lifestyle habits, as well as health history information.

I am a certified yoga/meditation teacher. I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
