FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We would start with a consultation of skill, assess goals and get to know each other so you feel comfortable with our coaches and facility. From there we would develop a plan to build a great foundation of skill training and work on every part of basic (or advanced, if youre there) and get moving fast!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our coaches are all parkour athlete that not only train themselves, but attend as many teacher trainings as possible to become great at what they do. Some of our coaches have done things like: compete in international red bull competitions, work with brands such as nike, reebok, blue cross and more. Our coaches train first responders all around the country to work on better movement and training!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

This depends on hourage, frequency and the coach!

How did you get started teaching?

Parkour is a super welcoming community, and all help everyone who trains. This develops awesome coaching mentality from day 1.

What types of students have you worked with?

From 4 year olds to 65 year olds, from complete novice to professional athlete theres a way to use parkour to tie together athleticism well!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for a coach that is a training athlete aswell! Best way to tell!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What are your goals? Do they mesh with the style of training that coach has?
