    I charge by the month, not by the lesson. A lot of my competitors are charging per lesson which I believe is unfair to the client.

    I started training when I was 18 with a personal trainer of 25 years who trained bodybuilders from around the country. I became fascinated with nutrition and exercise at that age and then pursued an education.
