I have been in the industry for more than 30 years. I have a Masters in Instructional Design in both curriculum and the internet. I love helping people learn. You see it in their faces. The total joy of finally understanding how to correct the problem.

The true skills are empathy for the people you help. Understanding the problem from their side of the table and not just a statement from a book. You must know what they’re doing so it can be corrected quickly.
