My desire is to help mold young athletes physically, mentally and most importantly spiritually on this journey of life. I have 10years experience training. I am a former Division 1 football player (Runnning Back) where I lettered 4 years and served as a team captain for 2. I have coached football on every level from recreation to Varsity Foootball where I have been the Running backs coached the past 3 seasons. I have been blessed to work with athletes from youth levels up to professionals and enjoy helping them realize and ublick their true potential....

Good evening, my name is Henry Rivers, Coach Nard. I have been coaching for 39 years in basketball ,football, baseball and track. I started training young kids in the Special Olympics as my first coaching job and my career expanded thereafter. Starting in Recreational sports league and moving to High school league. After running Sterret Hall Gym for 13 years, I went on to coach a Junior College, South Carolina Faith A&M for 4 years. We won a championship and two second place finish to the season.
