My name is Jodi Gilley and Im a personal trainer. I have my own private gym and provide the ultimate experience to make sure you achieve your goals and I can travel to you as well!
I have a background in Kinesiology as well as certified through NASM (National academy of Sports Medicine) and NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association).
I have worked with all types of clients such as Athletes, those with Parkinson's, those with MS, those with Factor X syndrome, I even have clients who have come to me after accidents for rehabilitation, you name it!
