I offer realistic skill training as well as evidenced-based exercise programs that are individually tailored to my client's needs.
By offering skill training classes that are structured around essential motor learning principles I am able to ensure that my clients learn techniques and acquire useable skills better and faster. I'm not going to claim to know some secret fighting knowledge from the old world or that I know a wide array of undisclosed deadly techniques because frankly those don't exist. The only way to learn how to successfully navigate any sort of violent encounter (whether in sport or self defense) is through perfect practice under responsible supervision.
The exercise programs that I design as a CSCS are based on a thorough physical assessment of my clients abilities and goals; I guarantee my clients will see results from my challenging, yet safe and personalized regimens. I don't believe a healthy lifestyle should be founded in fad diets or trendy workout routines; instead my clients will see their goals grow into reality through discipline, hard work and professional supervision.
The greatest thing about providing personal training and martial arts instruction is watching people grow their skill set, confidence and overall well being.
