What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you and whoever is helping you understand what kind of learner you are and what style of trainer/teacher they are - what your realistic short term and long term goals are...and is there mutual agreement for both with open communication
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How much do I understand about fundamental foundational fitness
Do I have limitation, injuries and lifestyle limitation that need to be factored in
Are my goals realistic
Am I willing to make some real life changes in order for the hard work to be maintained
