I specialize in personal training all athletes no matter the sport. I am a certified professional trainer and I have a B.A in Science, I also have track and field , football and basketball experience on the high school and collegiate level . Therefore I understand a lot about the human body and the way it functions. This gives me an advantage when it comes to helping clients meet their physical and mental goals.
