About

We teach the little things most coaches are missing or take for granted. We focus on the knowledge and actually teaching the right things, the right way, so you learn, you develop and you can self correct.

I love helping people solve problems and I love instilling an unwavering confidence, backed by an attitude and ability to perform flawlessly, because of the attention to detail, the importance of the little things. PRACTICE DOESN'T MAKE PERFECT, PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!! Understand that and remember it, because it is 100% true. What good are you doing, going to a cage and hitting balls? You're practicing, so your automatically getting better? Maybe! Or more likely is your practicing wrong mechanics and bad habits over and over. Would you rather shoot 1000 shots a day, or 100 shots with perfect footwork, form, release, and follow through? Exactly! Attention to detail matters.

Great attention to detail, and Will and Jordan do a fabulous job of breaking down technique, and fixing what needs to and doesnt waste your time with things you dont need. The way they explained the verbage, used by so many coaches, in a way the youngest kids can understand. Would definitely recommend them in either sport.

    Frequently asked questions

Typically, I would do an observation on the first meet. Depending on age, may throw with them, have them field, hit ,or if they are like some I have, really young; 6 year olds, it's better to just hit the cage and do some soft toss or tee work.

In basketball, I'd just meet them, get a feel for them or the family. Make sure they and I have an understanding of what they want out of it and what I can do to prepare you to get there. At the end of the day, I can teach you NBA or D1 level stuff at both sports but if you or your kid doesn't WANT to learn or WANT to get better and GRIND or WORK, then I can't help you. Also, if a student knows everything, then they will never learn anything, and I can't help them. I will always tell you if I'm the guy for you or not, cause I have kids too. My oldest is currently on a national AAU basketball team that travels the country. He has also garnered the attention of D1 schools and I have had contact with them, among other levels. Point being: I know what I'm doing and talking about and I won't waste my time or yours or your money.

I played both sports beyond high school, and had the blessing of learning from some of the greatest in both sports. Ive been to Coach K basketball coaching clinics, Roy Williams, and Rick Barnes, just to name some of basketball. Ive learned from ex MLB players and I've seen all the hitting gimmicks and videos and data sheets and analysis and I've tried to get inside Billy Beans mind and understood his logic behind Moneyball. I've watched countless presentations and lectures and demos of how to, what to do, what not to do, I've learned from D1 coaches at an SEC school. I have learned all this and sat through everything so you don't. All you have to do is hit me up and want to be the best version of you. Also USA certified in Baseball and Basketball.

Pricing will unfortunately vary, upon some determining factors, such as: Distance, Age, Sport, Expectations, Skill level, and the will to get better. It can range from $20/hr - $100+/hr.

After I had an elbow injury in baseball and had zero chance of throwing hard anymore, without serious pain, it was over. It was my son's, Nick and Liam, that got me back into it. Both were blessed by God to have a great athletic ability and I didn't want them being coached by the cliche little league dad's club. No offense to those guys but they aren't there to develop kids into good/great players. Most of them don't have any idea about what they should even be teaching. Or even worse the assume that a kid can't handle some things. I've had kids learn and perfect stuff that parents said was too advanced. It's not advanced, it's baseball or basketball mechanics and it's not rocket science. Kids are unlimited in their learning capacity, especially if they WANT to. So, to answer this question, family. Family is what got me into it

All kinds, I've worked with or been apart of coaching kids at every level. Training league to high level college prospects.

Have an idea of what your looking to get out of it. Know what you want to become and ask if they can get you there. Any person can get out there and go over things and sound good with vocabulary they picked up off of watching NBA games or MLB games, or maybe they Googled hitting drills. Can they really teach? Can they really explain it to where even the most stubborn person gets it? Do they understand the why? Or are they letting you stay in your bad habits by letting you practice them repeatedly? Know that you need to get better, WANT to get better, and have the drive and patience to get better.
