Dylan Kubilus Saxophone Lessons
About
I teach affordable music lessons to all ages! I specialize in the saxophone but can also teach basic flute and clarinet as well as Electronic Wind Instrument (EWI). I am also well-versed in music theory ranging from simple to complex and thoroughly enjoy exploring many different musical concepts. Helping students achieve things that they couldn't do the previous week at a consistent rate is always my goal! I have a Bachelor of Music from the Berklee College of Music where I explored many different avenues in music, helped teach my peers, and even took a course on private instruction and ways to best help the student while keeping the lesson fun and engaging.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin by just talking with the student for a bit to see how they're feeling and how the week's practice went. Then we focus on technical facility and fun ways to apply it. I will always have something for them to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many private lessons in High School and throughout my time at Berklee and have paid close attention to what works for me as well as ways I would approach things with a student. In the lessons I have given, I have received positive feedback from the students, often stating that the lessons are focused and well-balanced.
