I like how it taught me a lot about my body and how I can push my self to another level while everything seems to be hopeless. Also the discipline and respect for others and myself. I also like how I got in shape and got rid of my asthma just by doing the long and various hard workouts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our process of working a new student is first, Assessments, His Goals, and what he is trying to achieve.
Ex Professional football player. Work and trained with USA Football. 35 kids full scholarship since 2013. Mentor speaker though DFW with our youth.
