About

I deliver a keen focus on major aspects of skills that help players excell. These pin points can easily be over looked by the average tainer, but with me consistent drive and repetition increases the frequency of overall athletic progression. At Euless Trinity High School I went to the state championship back-to-back winning the first attempt and losing the second. I played college football at Southern Illinois University and Southern Arkansas University at Corner, Nickel and Saftey. In 2017 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.

I have a hunger to help the youth developm and reach their goals. I grew up with dreams and had to chase it by my self. At a young age I felt I had to do everything on my own. researching workouts and drills practicing them everyday by my self. I know that with someone credible pushing you to and past your limits, you chances of being successfull drastically increases. I am that credible push.

    Frequently asked questions

When bringing in a new client we ask what their goals are, taking the next steps in helping them write them down the SMART way. This is the most important step in development because, we believe that goals create the journey towards personal prolific advancements. While on the field or weight room we will spend time evaluate strengths and weaknesses, then dive into specific drills or lifts towards your specific athletic position. Within the first week, improvements with speed, balance and play making capabilities will be noticed.

I began teaching specifically football, by playing. I trained and developed my self, watching every single football game that I could. Witnessing 20 year old kids in college go to the NFL every year and later become legends. At a young age I fell in love with that vision for my self. The game was natural to me! Of course, I always had room for improvement. I saw most of what flaws I noticed, being true to my self, I worked hard on my flaws, inspired by Kobe, I turned my weaknesses into my strengths. I watched You tube Videos, on Youtube videos, asking my parents for cones, ladders, weight vests and parachutes.. But, not a trainer. I know that I barley fell short of my vision due to that lack of commited guidance and 1 on 1 training on the game...The length that I reached in my vision was all due to Gods guidance. Our goal at HR^2 AKA (High Risk High Reward) Sport Performance is to take the pressure off parents in being the ultimate sports coach, and life coach. Because our goal for all of our young clients, is to recieve Full-Ride scholarships extending their education, using thier God-Given-Talent.

Commit to patience and effort, and asking questoins before you look to see how commited your trainer is to you. You will know if you are learning something or not soon.
