Coach AJ always treated me like family when I stepped in his garage. He’s flexible and always wants what’s best for his athletes. He always wants us to be comfortable when working to better ourselves. He never doubted me and always congratulated me on my achievements. He differs from many of the coaches I’ve trained with.

Coach AJ is an excellent trainer. His leadership in this area is second to none. His skills motivated my son to do better not just in sports but in education as well. Increasing focus, speed and strength to name a few

  • Michael Davis

Everything. Great training and you will see results. Great friendly environment.

  • Nora Escalon

He is very specific with each athlete. He does not have the routine every time you go see, he always changes it up. He makes it fun for the kids and he adapts to all ages.

How did you get started teaching?

I started training my wife’s boys Youth basketball team in the off season with speed and agility. Many parents wanted to continue the training during the school year because of the difference they noticed in their sons overall improved athleticism. Because most of the training was outside at public schools, many parents would stop to get information. My passion for youth athleticism grew even more and still is! After talking with my wife, we decided to transition my training into a business.

What types of students have you worked with?

I’ve trained MLB players, college football players, college soccer players, many school aged athletes in various sports, from youth sports to high school sports.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I love being a Trainer with Lone Star Prospects Showcase Camps.

The Lone Star Showcase is the premier camp series for high school football players in Texas featuring six regional events (ATX, HOU, DFW, & East Texas). This is a great way to get elite training, compete with the best players in your region, & another way to be considered for the Texas Top 100 positional rankings. Top performers will be selected at the end of the camp, and awarded MVP Honors. Our camp participants from the past 2 years have received over 2,000 scholarship offers.
