I happily meet you where you are and help you find your yoga glow working within the parameters of your genetic and injury history.
I work with all ages, shapes and sizes making yoga inclusive, fun and accessible.
As a long term licensed massage therapist and long term yoga teacher I offer yoga therapy. I have the knowledge of 42 years of yoga practice, 32 years of teaching yoga, 20 years as a massage therapist and the wisdom of experience.
It is such a joy to help people find the yoga poses breathing practices and meditation techniques that resonate with them and watch their progress as yoga makes them feel stronger, healthier, more flexible and more alive.
