Although i do have a BA in Music Performance and a Masters in Music Education, my teaching style was formed from many years as a working, touring musician! My specialty is voice but my guitar and piano students think I’m pretty good!!

I started playing guitar at the age of 8 years old. I have been a Music teacher now since the age of 15.. I have taught 1000's of students and inspired people of all ages to learn a musical instrument & share the joys of playing Music!!!

I am extremely well versed in many styles of music. Additionally, I have extensive teaching experience in one-on-one and classroom style lecturing at the university level. My teaching style is custom designed, and is based on each student's needs and personal goals. I enjoy working with people and I love to make music. I’m a musician living in Austin, Tx. I have been playing guitar, drums, bass guitar, piano for 20+ years. I was a guitar instructor for 2 years at Amarillo College’s summer program. I enjoy playing all genres of music and we will learn versatility and develop an ear for different styles of playing.
