Very down to earth and keep things pretty simple. I want to make sure we are teaching in a way that will develop a love for it. I like to consider myself young at heart and want to see a dream come to life through teaching.

When kids take the pride in what they are learning and incorporate that on to the field and into life. This isn't about me. Its about shaping yound men and women.
