The single most important thing required to be a good quarterback is the thing most players spend the least amount of time on. I’ve been a part of the game as a player, trainer, and coach, at literally all levels, since 1983. I’ve been blessed to have worked with many great players, including a NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback, as well as many great coaches. There are millions of guys who can run and throw a football as well or better than any NFL QB, but they’re waiting tables because they don’t have the mentality required to play at a high level.
I love working with young players who have a passion for the game. No matter your skill level, you can play this game if you have the right mentality and are willing to work for it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We’ll start with a mutual evaluation. I’ll look at your throwing mechanics and footwork, and we’ll talk football. During this time you should be evaluating me as well. We both need to be comfortable communicating, or we are wasting our time.
