I am a Chek licensed health and fitness professional with over eighteen years of experience. I will assess your breathing, core stabilizer function, length/tension of all major muscle groups, posture on a plumb line, functional movement patterns, spinal curvature and upper cervical motor control. I will also provide many in depth questionnaires to help me learn about your history and individual needs and goals. After the assessment, I will prepare a program based on the data I have recieved. I will refer back to the data and reassess as we work to make sure we are progressing properly.
I am highly experienced with bodyweight exercise, kettlbells, barbells, maces, bulgarian bags and many other functional training tools. My studio is dedicated to a single client so there will be no waiting for equipment, and no one else watching you work out. I will provide you with stretches, mobilizations and exercises to do at home to allign your posture and strengthen weak muscles. I have a few questionnaires I will ask you to fill out before we begin. They will ask a lot of in depth question about your lifestyle, current physical condition and goals.
Our first session is an assessment, during which I perform approximately 60 various assessments to assess posture, determine muscle length/tension relationships, perfrom various strength tests and assess movement quality. You will leave knowing more about your body than ever before. I will take that data and create a prescription for movement, diet and lifestyle that will take you to where you want to be.
I have completed three levels of Chek Integrated movement science, two levels of Holistic lifestyle coach, and over twenty Chek courses. I am also certified with various other training bodies such as Suples, TRX, NASM and more. I have eighteen years of experience in health and wellness coaching.
