About this pro

I help professional women struggling with emotional eating and food addiction. What I find is these women battle cravings, eat when stressed, and lose self control. What they really want is to manage emotions and gain coping skills to deal with their emotional eating.

Incredible clients that I have not only find freedom from their emotional eating but they transform their lives in other ways. For example, my client Stephanie came to me with sugar cravings. The pain was much deeper than the sugar.  We worked through childhood trauma, finances and money shit, and family dynamics. Not only was Stephanie able to control her cravings, she lost 20 pounds, she started to make a six-figure salary after switching jobs, and she started to learn to love herself again.

Brittany is truly one in a million - a diamond in the rough. She has more medical, fitness and nutrition knowledge than Wikipedia! She's personable, engaging, caring, and TOUGH AS NAILS. She knows how to get the results you want and won't allow you to slack on your goals. She's not your average trainer that just shows up and does her job and leaves. She follows up and checks in with you on her own time when she doesn't have to. Brittany actually CARES about her clients' overall well-being and that is a rare and precious find. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for fitness guidance - whether you're bulking up for competition, toning up for bikini season, or getting your body moving to destress and unwind. You can't go wrong with Brittany. It's that simple.

I am a certified personal trainer with a specialization in Health Management, CBT Therapy and my own personal experience of emotional eating the last 24 years

How did you get started teaching?

This is a long story, but I used to struggle with alcohol, food and drugs. I was afraid of going to treatment for my struggles so I turned to fitness and weightlifting as my detox center. From there, it became my second home, my church and my family. If I ever felt the need to use, I went to the gym. After losing my job last spring, I decided to pursue my passion and turn it into a business. It's been one heck of a ride, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity!
