Living Your Essence Life Coach For Women
About
I am devoting myself to working with women. My intention is to create a space where they can develop a greater understanding of themselves and live consciously and mindfully. Recently I created a new process and am now offering month to month packages (with the option of meeting via telephone or Skype) specifically for coaching women who are searching to improve their relationships with husbands, family members, and co-workers.
A space where women address their limiting beliefs and get in touch with their authentic selves. A process for women who want less stress, more harmony and increased self confidence.
I enjoy seeing my clients realize their abilities, live with more peace in their decisions, instill permanent self care habits and come to a point where they feel empowered to face future challenges in their relationships with others and themselves.
Through the Gardner Institute I was certified 5 years ago while living abroad in Brazil. I have recently moved back to the United States and became a mother, and am now ready to get back into my coaching business! Please contact me with any questions or for a free first session.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Most of the time new clients like to have an initial conversation, either over the phone or in person, to see that we are a good match. At this time, if we decide to work together, I send some material including a contract and initial questions to get the process started. During our first conversation we talk about process and what to expect, the duration that the client would like to coach, time and day of session, pricing and payment. We also go over a survey about different aspects of the persons life and where they would like to see changes.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
There are several options to choose from ranging from $75-120 per session. This depends on the type of session and length.
How did you get started teaching?
Dr Jayne Gardner, who began the Gardner institute, was someone that I had met years before. I spoke to her about coaching and it seemed to be a perfect fit for me. From here, I started my training.
What types of students have you worked with?
My past clients have been women 30-60, professional working, married, who come to me looking for a healthier lifestyle- less work, more self care, increased quality time with family. Some have had physical challenges that they have wanted to improve, others have found that they have limiting beliefs from childhood about themselves or the world around them, others would just like more effective communication in their marriage. These women are generally content in their lives but want more and need help in clarify where to start making changes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
This is an intimate relationship and it is important to feel comfortable with the person you hire. A coach should be someone you feel you can trust and be open with, someone who will challenge you and hold you accountable, and be available to support you. Its always a good idea to interview several coaches before deciding on someone you feel is the best fit.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If there were no limitations, where would I like to be in 6 months?
What is stopping me from making sustainable changes? Am I ready to dedicate myself to working with someone who may challenge me?
