About
✨ explore with me and we'll find treasure ✨
I've been practicing as a mental health advocate, intuitive energetic healer, and spiritual wellness mentor for 3 years.
I offer mentorship of all kinds, from meditation, fundamental psychology, spiritual exploration, overcoming and healing confidence, self-worth, codependency, and enmeshment behavior, holding space for trauma release, breathwork, and restorative and invigorating yoga asana.
I have a spiritual gift of feeling into someone's energetic and emotional being and taking them on a shamanic-style journey, going into the subconscious and retrieving information or the self to be able to heal and change patterning and behavior.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to connect briefly via phone or video call to get an idea of what you are hoping for and if I could be a good fit to offer that to you. I seek to understand a basic history and level of practice to meet you where you are at - to give you the best experience possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Counseling Practitioner
Certified Mindfulness Life Coach
Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor
Intuitive Healing and Leadership Mentorship
I am also a well-trained musician, drummer, and singer and build music and the arts into my sessions if desired or feels appropriate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer a sliding scale to serve people from all circumstances and situations. I like to have a discussion to see where students are at and set a price that feels aligns with them.
How did you get started teaching?
It all started when I was 17 and my high school sweetheart got Stage 4 Cancer. I started questioning everything about what I knew about health. From there I dove deep into food and nutrition, which lead me to yoga and meditation in 2012. Then in 2016 I had my own mental health and spiritual wellness shake up, and it sent me on a path to heal, learn, and develop my own health and in turn how to support others. I travelled the world for 4 years from 2016 to 2020 asking questions, looking for answers, and discovering the world of Eastern and Asian healing methods, while also deeply studying western psychology and human behavior.
What types of students have you worked with?
I typically work with people who are wanting to dive into and discover their wellness and spirituality on a deeper level.
Many of my students come to me saying that they worked with a therapist or a yoga teacher or healer, but they weren't really getting lasting results or change, but that the changes and results they see in me and my life is what they want for themselves. There is nothing better than being able to support someone through this journey and open up to a whole new world!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for their joy and what lights them up, and find a quality energic and emotional match for YOU. This is about YOU, not them. Credits don't always mean great connection or intention.
For example, when I was searching for my therapist back in 2017, I worked with 5 different therapists for multiple sessions to find the perfect one. When I met her, I KNEW it after the first session. She still continues to be the perfect teacher and mentor for me 4 years later.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Three Basic Questions:
1. how am I feeling right now?
2. what is it that I want to feel?
3. what do I need from someone in order to feel safe, supported, and seen?
