First getting to know my client and learning what it is they are hoping to achieve working together.
Next, I begin a plan to best fit their goals abs decide on the best training, nutrition or coaching direction for them.
Lastly, I continuously follow up between sessions to ensure the client is receiving the best result for their outcome.
